Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, including animated adverts, graphic designs, and other visual content (collectively "Customisable Digital Products"), you agree to these terms.

2. What We Provide
AD MAKE IT specialises in:
• Short animated visuals (15-20 seconds, under 25 MB for email delivery).
• Graphic design services for posts, adverts, banners, thumbnails, and loops.
• Designs for businesses, brands, products, or personal projects across any platform.

3. Licensed Content
• All images, footage, fonts, and music used in your designs are sourced from our subscription service and are intended for use in the final design only. These elements are not sold or provided separately.
• Music: The music used is background, instrumental music from our subscription service.
• Fonts, Images & Footage: These are licensed for use in your final design only and cannot be redistributed.

4. Client Responsibilities
You must:
• Provide a clear brief, including design preferences, brand information, and format preferences.
• Any logos you provide must be your own and not infringe on any trademarks.
• If you wish to include images, they must either be your own creations or photographs. • We do not accept stock images unless they come with a transferable license.
• If you wish to include a QR code, provide the URL or relevant information.
• For any logos, trademarks, or phrases, you must have proper rights to use them, ensuring they do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.

5. Revisions & Additional Charges
• Two revisions are included in the initial fee.
• Any further revisions or major design changes will incur a small additional fee.
• Proofs will be sent with a watermark. Once the design is approved and payment is made, you will receive the final file.

6. Right to Refuse Work
We reserve the right to refuse work that:
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Requires third-party brands, logos, or trademarks without proper rights.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
• No refunds are allowed after the final purchase.
• Since payments are due on delivery, no cancellation applies once work has been agreed upon.

8. File Delivery & Usage
• Designs will be optimised for intended use.
• Final designs are for personal or business use only and cannot be resold, modified, or redistributed for commercial purposes without prior consent.

9. Payments
• Payment is due upon final approval of the design.
• We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards.
• Final designs will be delivered after payment confirmation.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other communication methods. If you have already agreed to these terms, you will be asked to review and accept any updated terms before continuing to use our services.
